Status: Completed 2016
We produced a prize-winning concept master plan for a prominent site in Paddington, after plans for the 72-storey “Paddington Pole” on the site were withdrawn. The competition organizers wanted a viable scheme . Our winning entry developed a masterplan focused on a genuine place-making design solution integrating with the surrounding streets and the Station, while delivering high densities in a sustainable location.
