Mole Valley Development
We are excited to announce that we have been awarded the contract by Mole Valley District Council to develop masterplans for Dorking and Bookham.
Supported by Steer, Hypha Studios, Chilmark Consulting, Next Phase, and Urban Delivery, our project will identify a range of potential improvements. These will primarily focus on the central areas of both Dorking and Bookham, and consider aspects such as: public realm; walking, cycling, and accessibility; public transport access; and potential locations for redevelopment or improvement.
Ultimately, the outcomes of the masterplans will help support a vibrant and sustainable future for the communities of Dorking and Bookham.
