	Mole Valley Development&#38;nbsp;

We are excited to announce that we have been awarded the contract by Mole Valley District Council to develop masterplans for Dorking and Bookham. 
Supported by Steer, Hypha Studios, Chilmark Consulting, Next Phase, and Urban Delivery, our project will identify a range of potential improvements. These will primarily focus on the central areas of both Dorking and Bookham, and consider aspects such as: public realm; walking, cycling, and accessibility; public transport access; and potential locations for redevelopment or improvement. 

Ultimately, the outcomes of the masterplans will help support a vibrant and sustainable future for the communities of Dorking and Bookham.&#38;nbsp;

We are thrilled to announce that we have secured a contract from Homes England to develop Place-Based Indicators and deliver social value for Dewsbury Riverside, Pontefract Dispensary, Castleford Housing Zone, and Grimsby Town Centre. 
This initiative aligns with Homes England’s strategic objectives and focuses on community engagement and social value.

Locally-informed indicators are an emerging data-driven method of capturing social value through the development process.
